1. Introduction

2. Account Registration

You need to create an account to access bdt gom's services. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts created with false information may be closed and balances forfeited.

• Each person is allowed to open one account only.
• You must provide your correct name, phone number, and date of birth when creating an account.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to take immediate action if suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• KYC (identity verification) is mandatory before making a withdrawal. A National ID card or passport may be required.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that online betting is permitted in your area. bdt gom reserves the right to verify your age at any time, and your account may be suspended if verification cannot be completed.

4. Deposits & Payments

BDT Gom accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (may vary by payment method).
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and any such balance will be returned.
• There are no additional charges on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• If a deposit fails, please contact our support team.

5. Withdrawals

Account verification is required before withdrawals can be processed on bdt gom. Once verified, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳300.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and number.
• If you have an active bonus, you must meet the wagering requirements before making a withdrawal.
• Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if suspicious activity is detected.
• A maximum daily withdrawal limit may apply.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

BDT Gom offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements, as detailed in the bonus description. Please read these carefully before claiming any bonus.

Wagering means you must bet your bonus funds a specified number of times. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳5,000 in bets to fulfil the condition.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once per account.
• Bonuses come with a set expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Some bonuses apply only to specific games or bet types.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to real money.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn without completing account verification.
• BDT Gom reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses fraudulently will result in account closure.

7. Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on bdt gom, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details before placing your bet. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bdt gom reserves the right to void the affected bet.

• Minimum bet: ৳10.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the market and event.
• Separate rules apply for pre-match and live betting.
• Bets on suspended or cancelled matches will be refunded.
• Bdt gom reserves the right to void or adjust any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect.
• All disputes related to odds are subject to BDT Gom's final decision.

8. Fraud & Prohibited Activity

Bdt gom operates a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent activity. Any form of fraud, system exploitation, or multiple account operation will result in strict action.

• Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Creating an account under a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses (bonus abuse) is strictly prohibited.
• If fraud is proven, all balances will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

9. Responsible Gaming

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request to close your account.
